I believe my story is kind of difftent than most of the girls out there because for me I do struggle gaining weight for years in my lower part and was one of my dream to have a glute 👀 Like other girls and I did try to follow multiple YouTube videos and of those things we find on the internet but I have never seen any results , until I find out about fitness science from one of my friend and I decided to give it a try. Though before I’m not very disciplined in working out, they motivate and encourage me to push myself and focus on my goals. Ive been working with coach Nour since January 2024. My goal initially was to lose weight.
