MUSCLE BUILDING PROGRAM

This muscle building program is designed for anyone who wants to build muscle. The program consists of 3-6 times per week of hypertrophy-assisted training, a nutrition plan, and a supplementation plan(optional). As a result of this program, you can expect to gain 1-2 kilos of lean muscle every month without gaining fat.
